Epoxy flooring in Oceanside gets a gentler climate than most places, and that is part of why so many garages here are being coated. Wikipedia classifies the city as semi-arid, tempered by ocean winds, with about 10.27 inches of rain a year and average highs between 64 and 77 degrees. HomeGuide says epoxy should go down between 60 and 85 degrees at under 85% humidity. Oceanside sits inside that window for much of the year.
