Most homes in Oceanside were built in the 1970s and 1980s, so most of the slabs we see have had forty-odd years to collect cracks, oil, paint overspray and old sealers. A coating bonds to whatever is on the surface. If that surface is weak or dirty, the coating comes off with it. That is why the work starts with grinding and repair and only then moves to resin.

We work on concrete only. We do not coat over tile, wood or vinyl. If your slab has a problem a coating will not solve, such as water coming up through it, heaving or a crack that keeps moving, we say so before you pay for a floor.
